Important Overview

Return & Refund.

In case if any product is received damaged, an unboxing video of the delivered original package would be required for any replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Prices mentioned are MRP (inclusive of all taxes). * Some products are handcrafted and hand-finished; the actual finish may vary slightly and there could be slight imperfections.

  • If you decide to return a product, Rshoppy will apply a 15% restocking fee, no questions asked. This fee is not applicable on exchange of products / Store credits.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.

The product should not be installed, and must be free of wear and tear. Returned items are subject to verification and checks by Rshoppy to confirm the return validity.

Products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded. And for damaged products, the customer is responsible for retrieving them from our warehouse.

For customer-requested returns, the customer bears the courier charges.

Refunds are processed only through bank account transactions, not in cash.

We cover the courier cost for product-related issues. For return policy-related requests, customers bear the charges.

Refund processing takes 5 to 7 working days once the product is received in good condition.

Issuing a credit note (Store credits) for returned items in perfect condition may take up to 2 business days.

No refunds or exchanges for Glass Products.

In case of any damage we will replace the product or product part whatever required to fix the issue.

Exchange:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact customer service via email at support@rshoppy.com or call +91-63637-65277 within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video starting from the opening of the box and visible damage/defect.

Microscopic defects not visible when the products are installed will not be considered.

Upon receiving your complaint, Rshoppy.com will verify its authenticity. If confirmed, we will initiate the replacement process.
To exchange the product, please adhere to the following conditions:

Notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video and Products must be unused. Failure to do so within 24 hours will limit our liability for replacement.

We will arrange for the pick-up of the product through our logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, you must dispatch the product using a reputable courier within one day of receiving our notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed as determined by our logistics team.

Return products in their original packaging with the original price tags, bar codes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices.

Ensure the return packet is strongly and adequately packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Returned products are subject to verification and checks by Rshoppy.com to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will bear the shipping costs.

Once received, a replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. However, you can modify an order (with products of the same or greater value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.

Terms & Conditions for Customers:

Bulbs are not included with any light fittings purchased and will be charged additionally.
Report damages within 24 hours of delivery.
Corrosion from sea breeze, harsh chemicals, or water is not covered under warranty.
Use only a dry microfiber cloth to clean products.
Tax on the invoice is not payable under reverse charges unless stated otherwise. Supplies under reverse charges must be mentioned separately.
